PET FRIENDLY HOLIDAY COTTAGE IN ST IVES

We booked a week at the loft with our 2 teenage boys, we were wowed as soon as we opened the doors, the cottage was modern but retaining the cosy cottage feel. The welcome pack of goodies on our arrival was a fantastic touch. The cottage was so well equipped with items you usually need to purchase such as washing up liquid, sponges, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets. The Loft was in a little courtyard with a 2 minute walk to either Porthmeor beach or the town and harbour, you could not ask for a more perfect location. We would 100% recommend The Loft and will hopefully be back again soon!

Another lovely stay with SoStives in another fabulous property! The Loft is in the most brilliant location, is modern and has absolutely everything you might need but also feels very cosy and is a welcome retreat after a busy day. The treats and bottle of wine left for us when we arrived were such a lovely touch, especially the handmade and personalised doggie treats, really so very thoughtful. We had a small issue with the lounge tv when we arrived and literally within the hour Alan was on site to fix it! Cannot ask for better service. It was lovely to be able to just stroll into town for a drink and food in the evening being in such a great location. We had a gloriously sunny week and made great use of the balcony in the afternoon. Another bonus was that even on hot days the main bedroom was so lovely and cool even without windows being opened! All in all a definite home from home, spotlessly clean, excellent location and brilliant support from the So St Ives team. Cannot wait to visit again and would wholeheartedly recommend!

We’ve been spending our holidays at The Loft for several years now and each time it feels like coming home. Alan, Sharon and the So St Ives team always do their utmost to make guests feel welcome, and indeed they do a terrific job! The Loft is beautiful, cozy and just the right size. Add to that the great location in the centre of St Ives and you have your perfect holiday home! Thank you so much Alan and team, we’ll definitely be back soon!

The loft is perfectly located right next to a lovely beach, actually right next to everything, in a little courtyard, lovely and quiet. The property was gorgeous, the attention to detail in the design was superb. Absolutely everything I needed for a relaxing break away. Definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was our second stay with So St Ives as we booked with them last year and loved it! This year we stayed at The Loft right in the heart of everything and once again they delivered a fantastic stay for us. Beautiful and spacious loft apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and absolutely no issues whatsoever. Absolutely excellent location - we really couldn't have asked for more! Thanks again to Alan and the So St Ives gang, we'll be back again next year :)

Fabulous stay at The Loft! Lovely furnished & very well-equipped cosy cottage in a great location. Loved the upside down aspect of The Loft & the open plan kitchen, dining & living area with the added bonus of a fire - most welcome after a day out walking. The Loft was the best equipped cottage we have ever stayed at & we have stayed at many over the years - everything you could need. The Christmas tree on arrival was a real surprise & a lovely touch, as was the bottle of fizz & gift voucher for the deli. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Loft & So St Ives.

The Loft was in a perfect location for Porthmeor beach, right around the corner where we were most days. We stayed for a week in this beautiful cottage tucked away from the main walkway into St Ives and found it a lovely haven when not out and about. The quality and styling of furnishings and bedding were exceptional. The Loft is fully equipped and we enjoyed the unique little balcony for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and loved watching the seagulls around the rooftops who were never a nuisance. We would love to return in the colder months as I imagine it would be just as inviting.

THE LOFT: This cottage had everything we required to enjoy everything St Ives has to offer and we absolutely loved being in the heart of Downalong with all the gorgeous delis, bakeries, art galleries and gorgeous beaches all only a stones throw away. The cottage and its location in Hicks Court off The Digey was perfect in every way and we would highly recommend it.

THE LOFT: Our stay at The Loft, St Ives could not have been better. The cottage was perfect and checked every one of our boxes - beautifully finished and well equipped, very well located in the heart of St Ives and only a moment away from the beaches as well as all the amenities and restaurants in town. Alan was super responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend it as a holiday destination if you're thinking of visiting St Ives!

THE LOFT. We had a perfect 5 nights in The Loft ~ beautiful place to stay, peaceful, rested and super comfy. Log burner was fab to have on in the evening. Comfortable bed ~ that's a real biggy for us after booking previous stays elsewhere we now need a comfy bed! Lovely little outdoor area to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. And everything is on your doorstep ~ shops, bars, restaurants but because you are just off of the road down a cute little alley you feel like you are miles away from hustle and bustle. We will definitely book again.
