APARTMENT WITH PARKING IN ST IVES

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a sense of calm and luxury. Beautifully appointed property decorated to a very high standard with everything you need. If you love mid-century furniture this is the place for you. The location is amazing, with just a 60-second walk to the beach. Also secure off-street parking is a big bonus. And a lovely welcome pack too! Can't wait to visit again Neil and Lucy.

Having spent a long time searching online through all the self catering accommodation in St Ives, we are so pleased to chose Samphire Studio. The location is perfect, meaning the beach is a matter of moments away and having car parking in St Ives was a huge bonus. We didn't actually take the car out in the end as there was lots to do locally, but even being able to pull up to unload and pack made it so easy. The studio itself was incredibly clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more! Having the garden access was ideal and we could sit there for meals in peace and quiet leaving the hustle and bustle of the main town behind. We would definitely stay here again and would look forward to it!

My wife and I were both very impressed with the apartment which exceeded our expectations in almost every respect. The location is excellent, being a very short walk to Porthgwidden beach with its various facilities and the car parking space is a real bonus. The apartment has been designed and decorated to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. The 60’s retro look has been very tasteful implemented and the green colour theme nicely echos the garden which rises away from the conservatory/dining area at the rear. The apartment is very well equipped with every conceivable appliance. The welcome pack was both generous and unexpected. The rooms were warm, having underfloor heating, and not at all chilly.

Absolutely loved our stay at Samphire Studio! The apartment is wonderful, it is equipped with everything you need.. and more! Loved its little garden too- perfect for those sunny mornings with a coffee in tow! The hosts were very helpful and were very quick to answer any queries. The apartment is literally a 30 second walk from porthgwidden beach (our favourite beach)! Recommend popping to Norway Stores just up the road for any local groceries!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfectly positioned for access to Porthgwidden beach and only a short walk to town centre and other beaches and amenities such as cafes and restaurants. Very useful parking space at the property. Very thoughtful food and drink welcome basket. Clean and tidy accommodation in nice quiet location. Would definitely stay there again.

Samphire Studio is quite simply superb. The studio transmits a tranquil and calming ambiance, ideal for a recuperative stay. Studio doesn't do this place justice. It is more like a beautiful roomy ground floor apartment with inspiring garden, perfect for a sheltered sun kissed morning coffee. Samphire lies in a quiet part of town but is only a stone's throw from the heart of all that St Ives has to offer. Every possible thought has been given to ensuring that we could want for nothing, and that we could relax, content that our every need was taken care of. Samphire offers the ultimate relaxing, recuperative and restful sojourn in one of the U.K.'s unique locations: St Ives. The studio's proximity to the hidden gem of a town beach that is Porthgwidden, makes Samphire all the more exclusive. A real gem of a place that we cannot wait to return to again and again.

Beautiful appointed studio with every amenity you coiuld wish for. Ideal position within minutes of beaches and town. A lovely little shop close by for your morning paper. Wonderful little patio for morning or evening drinks, a lovely sun trap. I defy anyone not to be impressed by this property. Would definitely book again and have no hesitation recommending it.

Absolutely fantastic location in town and on the beach but private and peaceful. Very well appointed apartment and wonderful service. I wholeheartedly recommend.
