HOLIDAY COTTAGE IN ST IVES

We have stayed at Sandy feet for our holidays for 3 years now, So St Ives have been a fantastic company to book through, really helpful when we needed to change dates and always at the end of the line. Sandy Feet itself is the most home from home cottage, in the centre of St Ives, on a quiet street. The cottage is clean, modern and perfect for us.

Great location and great property. 2 double rooms with 2 excellent bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area. Could not fault property or the management at so St Ives who really look after you to make a pleasant relaxed vacation.

We had the best time at Sandy Feet. The house is beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The location is absolutely perfect. We could nip down to the beach for a surf in our wetsuits in less than 5 minutes and then have a wonderful warm outdoor shower on our return. There is a fabulous bakery at the end of the street for breakfast in the morning and so many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes walk too. We felt right at home. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our nearly teen loved using the den as her own little hide away too. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The generosity of the hosts with wine, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was very very appreciated. The house is perfect. The three of us had plenty of space yet it is cosy. So close to the village and all that it offers. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you get the chance you should definitely go!

We had a fabulous stay at Sandy Feet. The cottage is stunning, well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The cottage is minutes from the shops and beaches and is in a very pretty pedestrian street, so no cars rumbling past day and night. If I were to buy a cottage in Cornwall, this would be top of my list!

We returned to Sandy Feet Cottage for the second year in a row. The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped, even benefitting from an outdoor shower (ideal after a day on the beach) and its own private parking space a short walk away. The location of the cottage is also perfect for anything you might wish to do in St Ives – be it wandering through the town, going to the beaches or visiting the museums and art galleries. Booking though So St Ives was easy and communication was excellent – thank you!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Sandy Feet last week, thank you so much! The cottage was gorgeous, so close to the action and yet so private and peaceful. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage and it was extremely well fitted out, it had everything we could possibly need. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms great with excellent pressure in the showers. Can’t really think of a thing we didn’t like! We have come from Australia so we would definitely recommend to our friends considering a trip to St Ives.

My wife and I stayed at Sandy Feet and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Well located, only 5 mins from the beach and harbour, it was easy to get around, visit the local sights and dine at nearby restaurants. The cottage itself is truly wonderful...nestled in a small side street (pedestrians only), it is full of the comforts of home and well furnished. Comfortable beds and en suites with fantastic showers! One drawback is the parking, which is obviously tricky in St Ives anyway, but beware the fairly steep decent/climb (albeit short, 5 mins) from the local Barnoon Car Park. Thanks again, we loved our stay and fully recommend!

WOW! Simply the best!!!! We've stayed in a lot of rentals in St Ives and can honestly say this is up there at the top. Position 10/10 - just off Fore Street, but away from the madness. Comfort 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, everything else 10/10. Can't really say more other than we will definately return!!!!!

Terrific location - two minutes to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Sandy Feet cottage is well equipped and in immaculate condition. Kitchen has everything you need for a meal in. Log fire is great in the autumn/winter months. Terrific power showers in the two en-suites. Please note that you will need to park in one of the public car parks which can involve quite a hike and steep hills. A pass for the week was £47 and this entitles use at multiple Council sites across Cornwall. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Sandy Feet cottage was perfect. The design is just incredible. All appliances are top quality as are all the furnishings. It does not feel like a fisherman’s cottage, it feels spacious and comfortable. It was also immaculately clean and the beds are super comfy. The position could not be better in a quiet quirky lane that leads straight into the centre of everything… pretty little shops, bakery, deli, restaurants, bars and cafes but also the beautiful beaches. We loved it!

Just got back from a lovely week at Sandy Feet. This was our 5th trip to St Ives and our first stay at this beautiful cottage. Perfect location as 2 min walk to the harbour and also to Porthmeor beach, and quieter than staying right on The Digey or Fore Street. The cottage has been fitted out to such a high standard, all mod cons and every thing is though of. I wish my home was like this! One good size twin, one big king, lots of storage and stunning en suites to both bedrooms (showers not baths). Lots of helpful things for children like stair gates, high chairs, baby step etc. We didn’t use the den but great set up and also lots of beach things in the lock up shed. Smart tv in both bedrooms and lounge (just log into your Netflix). Kitchen has everything you could need and really luxury glassware, china, cutlery etc. Loads and loads of dvds and board games. We will be back to St Ives next Feb and hopefully a long weekend later this year. Thank you for the welcome gifts Alan! See you again soon.

Everything about Sandy Feet was brilliant. Lovely location close to amenities. The cottage was exceptionally well furnished with lovely comfortable beds, linen and towels - everything you could possibly want from a holiday let. We highly recommend this property and will return.

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Sandy Feet. Located down an alleyway Sandy Feet is a light, airy and spacious cottage which has been refurbished to an excellent standard. Ideal for a family or 2 couples as both bedrooms have excellent en-suite facilities with an extra one located across the courtyard in the Den. Shops and beaches all within a few minutes walk. An ideal base to explore beautiful St Ives. Would definitely return.

We've been to St Ives many times and stayed at some lovely places but I think this years stay at Sandy Feet was the best. The standard of the furnishings and appliances are very high and everything was thought of from milk, tea and coffee to folding chairs and beach games. Being so close to either shopping or beaches was one reason for our choice and we weren't disappointed. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxed and stress free holiday. Would certainly return again without hesitating.

SANDY FEET: We have stayed in many cottages in St Ives and this is by far THE BEST. Lots of welcoming extra touches, a very quiet side street but central location awaits. Everything you could ever need, but no clutter! The cottage is finished to the highest spec, we couldn’t fault or find even the tiniest thing wrong. It was PERFECT! It feels brand new, spotlessly clean and the kids loved outdoor area & the den which had a new PS4 & games - my 11 year old son thought it was The Biz! We snuggled up watching a movie at night in front of a fire that was already made, just add a match! The most comfy bed & hot powerful shower, which is amazing when coming out of the sea in St Ives! The layout worked so well with plenty of space & comfort for our family of 4. We had The best weekend ever - we have found our dream holiday cottage. Very happy. Thank you so much :-)

SANDY FEET: There was simply nothing to criticise about this beautifully presented and appointed cottage. One very spacious king, and one perfectly adequate king both with really lovely en-suites gave us a very comfortable stay with another couple. There was plenty of space downstairs to cook, dine and relax. No complaints at all!!

SANDY FEET. Photos just didn’t do this justice. It is furnished to the HIGHEST standard. Beautiful kitchen, SMEG range cooker and fridge, designer bathroom, wooden beams and high ceilings! And amidst all that, impeccable clean. We honestly though it had just been done this year. Great place. Would recommend.

Sandy Feet Cottage, St Ives. The cottage was absolutely lovely, very high standard of decor and finish and the owners had thought of everything you would possibly need for your holiday. The location was perfect, nice quite little street but just round the corner from the main harbour front and the most beautiful beach just a couple minutes walk away from the front door. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again if we ever return to the beautiful St Ives.
