Terms & Conditions
- If you develop coronavirus symptoms during your stay
If you or one of your party members are displaying signs of the Covid-19 virus while on holiday then you should inform us immediately.
The main symptoms include high temperature, a new continuous cough and a loss of or change to your sense of smell or taste.
You will need to request a test and, if confirmed to have Covid-19, you should return home along with the rest of your party immediately. Guests should follow government guidelines on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus infection.
In the event of a cancellation being received in writing, So St Ives will endeavour to re-let the property for the full amount and, if successful, will refund any monies already paid minus an administration fee of £50.
If the property is re-let at a lesser amount then only this amount minus the £50 administration fee will be refunded.
If the property is not re-let, the original Hirer is liable only for payments already made.
We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy to cover any such losses.
Covid-19 affected bookings:
We have amended our payment and cancellation policy in light of the on-going coronavirus situation.
In the event of your holiday not being possible due to UK government guidelines we are offering to carry over any payments already made to a future date, either later this year or at any point in 2021.
If you have to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or illness then our usual cancellation terms apply (see above).
