CORNISH COTTAGE IN ST IVES

We stayed at the Meadow Corner cottage for the weekend and it was an absolutely gorgeous stay. The cottage is bright and cozy and has everything you may possibly wish for. I was especially impressed by the fully equipped spacious kitchen downstairs! I can highly recommend this lovely place for a romantic getaway for couples. Bear in mind that the cottage has two steep staircases and a wood burner in the living room. The support team were wonderful with quick easy communication and easy to understand guidance. We felt really at home at Meadow Corner, would love to be back there!

We stayed at Meadow Corner, a delightful and beautifully renovated wee cottage a hop and a skip from Porthmeor beach (great Tapas). The cottage is absolutely perfect and feels spacious. Fabulous kitchen and bathroom, the bed is super comfy. It’s got everything you would possibly need. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night time which is so relaxing. Our dog loved it as much as we did. St Ives is a great place to visit and offers so much. Please don’t book … we don’t want to have any problems rebooking! 😉 The So St Ives are attentive from a distance and I want details of the interior designer! In summary, we had a fabulous time.

Just wanted to say we had an absolutely magical stay at Meadow Corner - thank you SO much for looking after every little detail to make our stay perfect, we really appreciated all of the the special welcoming touches. We had everything we needed and hugely enjoyed the cottage and its comfy, cosy atmosphere - the location and proximity to the beach and town was fantastic! The interior design was also so luxurious and impeccable we felt spoilt and really didn’t want to leave! One of our favourite ever trips, hopefully we’ll be back again very soon.

My husband and I, and our dog, loved our stay at this perfect little boutique style cottage. Beautiful decor, quality furnishings, comfortable and cosy. Extra touches to welcome us too, a bottle of local Cornish sparkling wine and Cornish biscuits and milk for our stay were a lovely touch. We parked the car for the week and had no need to use it again until we left. The cottage is in an excellent location, steps away from the beach, shops, art galleries and restaurants. Our hosts at So St Ives were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to arrival and offered any assistance we should need during our stay. We would definitely love to return to St Ives and stay again in Meadow Corner, and have highly recommended it to our friends and family.

Great location, super clean, and great hosts. Everything you need is at your fingertips in terms of great food, shopping, grocery stores, and the beach! We would definitely return!

Loved this little place! The owner has put a lot of thought in to what would make her guests happy. The house decor is lovely and cozy, the bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is really sweet and well equipped. The location is excellent, steps to the beach and just the right amount of distance to the busy restaurant and shopping area. The restaurant just across the road has great food and even better views. At night you can hear the waves from the bedroom!
