We had a wonderful stay at Seawater. The house is a very generous size, but warm and cosy too. Lovely personalised touches within the welcome pack, our dog enjoyed all his treats and we didn’t want for anything, Seawater has everything you need. The house is situated in a very quiet area but within minutes of the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Highly recommend the challenging coastal walk to the Tinners Arms in Zennor and in the other direction the less challenging coastal walk past Carbis Bay to the beautiful quiet Porthkidney Beach - going to The Badger inn afterwards. So St Ives were very easy to book and communicate with, would recommend.

We have an amazing stay at Seawater cottage to celebrate a 50th birthday. Thank you for all the memories, the house is very lovely and cosy, and the beds are very comfortable. I personally slept like an absolute log in the double bed! I can’t thank you enough.

We stayed at Seawater, a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. The cottage was spotless, modern with charm and everything you could wish for. The beds were so comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Parking was a bonus and So St Ives were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend So St Ives and Seawater.

Had the most perfect week in Seawater. A great home from home in our favourite St Ives, plus bonus parking. The house had everything you could want, plenty of space for all our family, a great outdoor area and a wonderful position in St Ives for all beaches and the town. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in St Ives Seawater cottage was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly want and need and was very comfortable. It was so close to everything and we enjoyed eating out close by. The hill up and over to Porthmeor beach was a great daily challenge for the thighs, but well worth it! We hope to come again one day.

Seawater was the prefect property for us. Very well positioned out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre and in an excellent spot therefore for all of the different beaches. We even visited the cinema just round the corner on one very wet day. A lovely property with everything you need for a holiday week. Having an outdoor courtyard with enough space (and a table and chairs) for the four of us to eat, was really useful. Proper blackout curtains a blessing during the summer and I slept better than I do at home! We had been dreading how busy the town would be during the first proper week of the school holidays, but we always found space to eat and drink (though I did book a couple of popular places beforehand) and though it was busy, there are so many shops, bars, cafes and galleries, that the number of people really wasn’t a problem. We didn’t leave St Ives for the whole week, but the position of the car park space for the property being in the train station, meant that if we had been more adventurous, we wouldn’t have had to drive through town. An added bonus. Start to finish, dealing with So St Ives was great. The team are efficient and friendly and the welcome package at the property was lovely. We will definitely return.

We had such a lovely time staying at Seawater. It had a great kitchen for cooking with everything you need. It was also so refreshing to find all the basics there like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. We also loved the small outside area, just having some outdoor space was really great. Everything was good quality and really clean. The parking space made life so much easier, another extra touch that we appreciated compared to past visits to holiday homes in St Ives. The location was great, just a few minutes walk away from the centre yet still quiet. I couldn’t fault the So St Ives team, Alan was very helpful throughout the booking and stay process. Would definitely use this company again, they got things spot on. This house was perfect for our family holiday!

WOW! Seawater... what a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend- we really can't fault a thing! Made our first trip to St Ives so memorable. The location is fantastic, a short walk away from the shops etc, and you can enjoy a lovely ramble through the side streets. Thank you so much, we would love to come back at some point to experience St Ives once again. 5***** :-)

Loved our stay at Seawater over Christmas - the most beautiful real tree with fantastic decorations was such an amazing surprise. The house was cosy, spotless and comfortable. Super quick walk in to St Ives. Such a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials and a lovely welcome pack. Great comms with So St Ives, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

From the moment we arrived at Seawater we felt at home. The welcome package was a lovely thoughtful surprise and there was everything we needed in the accommodation to make our stay very comfortable. Seawater is furnished tastefully, comfortable, clean and close to amenities, town and beaches. The information brouchure is packed with helpful information and tips to make your stay memorable. Booking and communication was wonderful and to top it all off a parking space for the whole stay (parking is top of our list when visiting St Ives!). We really enjoyed our stay in Seawater Cottage. Fab location being just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and independent shops in St Ives. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard and has everything you could need. Really impressed with the service we received from Alan at So St Ives.
