From 17th November 2025 there will begin a 12-month trial of changes to routes through and around the centre of St Ives. The aim is to try to reduce and improve the flow of traffic through the town centre.
We will update the directions to those individual properties that are impacted by this, but in-between time please see the map and follow the new signage to navigate your way around the town.
New signs will be installed at key roads and junctions informing drivers of the changes and new restrictions, and will provide details of alternative routes into and out of St Ives. During the early stages of the trial traffic marshals will also be in place at key locations to help support drivers who may be unaware or unsure of the changes.

I could not get to the Harbour car park, due to time restrictions.
I will never come back to St Ives again I typically spend around £2000 a year on the shops and restaurants!

You can still drive along the harbour front if access is needed to property, car park etc
