This granite-built, mid-terrace townhouse is set over three spacious floors and has been thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. From the moment you step through the front door into the welcoming hallway you’ll feel the sense of space and style that defines this beautiful home.

The ground floor opens into a superb open-plan living and dining area, a wonderful space for everyone to gather and unwind while enjoying lovely sea views. Whether you’re sharing a leisurely breakfast or settling in after a day at the beach, this room offers comfort in every season. On cooler evenings the log-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, absolutely perfect for winter escapes by the coast.

The interiors have been beautifully curated by local design company Iroka, blending high-end finishes with calming coastal tones and thoughtful details throughout. Just off the living space, the well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare anything from relaxed family suppers to special celebratory meals.

Seaglass House sleeps up to eight guests across four beautifully styled bedrooms, each designed with luxury, comfort and coastal calm in mind. Set across all three floors, every bedroom benefits from its own private ensuite, ensuring privacy and a peaceful retreat for every guest. The two front bedrooms enjoy stunning, ever-changing sea views across Porthmeor beach and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, the perfect backdrop for watching the sunset, gazing out over the water or curling up with a book in the chairs by the window.

On the first floor, a second lounge offers an additional space to relax and unwind. With a large television and a generously sized sink-into sofa, it’s perfect for family movie nights or a quiet evening with your favourite book. Just off this lounge, you’ll find the roof terrace, a wonderful spot to soak up the sea air. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine, or gather for al-fresco drinks and dining as the evening draws in.

Practical features make your stay effortless, including driveway parking for two (medium sized) vehicles and an EV charging point. Having allocated parking in St Ives makes it easy to explore further afield and discover even more of Cornwall’s breath-taking coastline.

Seaglass House is perfectly positioned just moments away from the golden sands of Porthmeor beach, the picturesque harbour and the historic fishing quarter of Downalong, the oldest and most characterful part of town with its cobbled streets, independent boutiques, galleries and welcoming cafes. From the front doorstep it is a short stroll down to the beach where you can try your hand at surfing or simply relax on the soft sands. The renowned Tate St Ives sits just above the shoreline, perfectly placed for an inspiring visit before wandering through the bustling streets to sample excellent local restaurants and Cornish specialities.
