Ancarva Cottage is a beautifully refurbished three-storey property with incredible sea views, perfectly positioned to feel forever connected to the ocean. This former fisherman’s cottage sits just above the serene Bamaluz Beach where you can wake to the sound of waves rolling in and onto the rocks. You might even spot the local seals basking in the morning sun!

From the middle-floor living room and top-floor bedroom the jaw-dropping sea views are simply mesmerising from the large picture windows, ideal for watching the sun rise and lazy mornings spent gazing out across the water. The far-reaching views extend right across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse so, after a day exploring St Ives’ many beaches, what could be better than unwinding with a glass of wine in the master bedroom’s elegant bathtub as the sea glistens below.

The cottage is nestled right in the heart of old St Ives (known locally as Downalong) that is surrounded on three sides by beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery. Not only is this luxury sea view cottage a few paces away from some of St Ives’ beautiful beaches, but is also just moments away from the town’s charming restaurants, galleries and boutique shops.

Recently renovated to the highest standard, Ancarva Cottage sleeps up to six guests across three beautifully designed bedrooms. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to highlight its incredible coastal views.

To the rear of the property the courtyard provides the perfect spot to kick off your boots and relax in the evening sunshine after a day of coastal adventures (and is also a handy place to store beach gear and sandy surfboards). During the cooler months you can curl up by the living room fire on the sumptuous velvet sofa for a cosy night in with board games and sea views.

The stylish middle-floor kitchen is ideal for creating delicious dinners, extremely well equipped to include slimline dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The utility area to the rear has a rather useful washer/dryer.

Sleeping wise, the cottage has three bedrooms; the ground floor bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite toilet, whilst on the top floor both doubles share a spacious shower room. Two of the bedrooms also have their own free-standing bath tub.

The closest parking is at nearby The Island or Barnoon car parks just a few minutes walk away from where you can purchase a weekly Rover ticket, a transferable parking ticket that enables you to park in any of St Ives’ main car parks.
