Overview of Beach Vista

Beach Vista is an amazing luxurious 2-storey apartment tucked just above and behind the beautiful harbour of St Ives in the heart of the old fishing quarter known as Downalong.

The location is perfect for exploring St Ives on foot. Just a short stroll away is the bustling town centre with its many artisan shops and galleries including the renowned Tate St Ives, and top restaurants and cafes are aplenty in this area.

For beach lovers the harbour beach is just a few seconds away on foot, and within a few minutes you will come across the beautiful soft sandy beaches of sheltered Porthgwidden and the award winning surf of Porthmeor.

The 2-storey apartment is accessed via 16 external steps to the rear of the harbour-front properties. The stunning views over St Ives harbour make the climb well worthwhile!

The apartment has recently undergone refurbishment and now has a beautiful and contemporary open-plan living/kitchen/dining room at the entrance level. Also on this level are two bedrooms and spacious shower room as well as the terrace with seating and those exceptional views.

Up the stairs is a further spacious bedroom, more of a suite with its own sitting area and en-suite bathroom (this one also has a bath tub). Once again, despite being nestled in amongst the old characterful buildings of Downalong, the views from here are amazing.

The kitchen is extensively equipped with, amongst others, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (initial supply of Nespresso capsules included). The washing machine is tucked away in the shower room cupboard.

Beach Vista ticks all the boxes in terms of location and views but the interiors are pretty special too! The apartment is colourful and adorned with sculptural pieces, lamps and over-sized artwork in keeping with this artistic and creative town.

There is currently no parking space with Beach Vista so you will have to offload your car from the harbour front before parking up in one of the local car parks. From here you can buy a weekly ‘Rover ticket’, a parking ticket that enables you to park in any of St Ives main car parks.

The apartment has central heating and, in this most stunning of locations, is perfect for a holiday at any time of year.
