As from 21st June 2021 there are no longer government restrictions on guest numbers or number of households.
Due to stringent health and safety cleaning guidelines the extra cleaning requirement has resulted in us having to extend the changeover period between guests. Therefore our properties are currently available to check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 9am on departure day. We appreciate that this isn’t ideal but is necessary for everybody’s safety.
We have amended our payment and cancellation policy in light of the on-going situation. With one third of the total price due to secure a new booking the final balance payment is now due one month before your stay, as opposed to the usual two months.
In the event of your holiday not being possible due to the UK government implementing further national or local lockdowns we are offering to carry over any payments already made to a future stay in 2021 or 2022. If it is not possible for you to re-arrange your holiday dates then we will refund any payments already made, minus an admin fee of £50.
If you have to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons, illness or because you are having to isolate then our usual cancellation terms apply.
We always strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover such loses. For those with travel insurance in place please check your individual policy with your insurance provider directly.
