We have amended our payment and cancellation policy in light of the on-going coronavirus situation. The UK government have imposed restrictions on holiday accommodation usage and also unnecessary travel, to include travelling to go on holiday.

For those that already have a confirmed booking we will be in contact at least a month before your holiday with further information.

We cannot currently accept new bookings commencing prior to 4th July 2020.

For new bookings commencing after 4th July our usual deposit system is in place, so one third of the total price is due to secure a new booking.

For new and existing bookings the final balance payment will be due for payment one month before your stay, as opposed to the usual two months.

In the event of your holiday not being possible due to UK government guidelines we are offering to carry over any payments already made to a future date, either later this year or at any point in 2021.
