We have amended our payment and cancellation policy in light of the on-going coronavirus situation. The UK government imposed restrictions on holiday accommodation usage means that we cannot rent our properties until 4th July 2020.

For those that already have a confirmed booking we will be in contact at least a month before your holiday with further information.

For new bookings commencing after 4th July our usual deposit system is in place, so one third of the total price is due to secure a new booking.

For new and existing bookings for July and August 2020 the final balance payment will be due for payment one month before your stay, as opposed to the usual two months.

In the event of your holiday not being possible due to UK government guidelines we are offering to carry over any payments already made to a future date, either later this year or at any point in 2021.

If you have to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or illness then our usual cancellation terms apply. We always strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover such loses.

For those with travel insurance in place please check your individual policy with your insurance provider directly.
